Update on notifying me of cancellations:

Please give 12 hours notice if you can’t make it to a class. For cancellations later less than 12 hours for private and duet sessions or assessment, a cancellation fee will be applied, unless you are able to reschedule and confirm fully within a week.

Late cancellations for group classes (with less than 12 hours notice) 50% of the class session will be payable.

The new policy is a part of my current business set up as I face paying hire- fees per term. It is in line with current practice.

Please bear in mind that the class passes on offer at Create Movement are now more user friendly.

There a 15 week validation on a group class pass for 10 sessions from the date of purchase. This is very generous and you don’t lose any sessions, I understand, of course, that there can be unforeseen circumstances, and I am happy to accommodate everyone. Just be mindful of the 12 hours cancellation notice.
