Crystal Healing, Reiki and Pellowah Sessions
At Create Movement I offer a combination of methods to help you work towards your own solutions including Movement, Guided Relaxation, Journaling, Crystal Healing and Chakra Balancing. Pellowah and Reiki.
I started my journey and love for crystals quite early. I remember looking at crystals as a young girl. It was at our neighbours, opposite my grandparent’s small farm where I was allowed to visit to have a look at an impressive crystal collection. The lady was very kind and my sparkling eyes possibly convinced her to allow me to hold a crystal. Then it was more then one crystal I wanted to hold. After millions of questions, I was gently pushed out of the door.
The love for crystals carried on. I found myself shopping around in crystal shops for gifts for family or friends. Then I received a gift myself, an incredible shamanic healing session. It was where I began to learn about ancient wisdom and rituals and about the effect that crystals can have on me. I was surprised to find that the colour of my eyes changed and I found instant peace through the layout of quartz, black tourmaline, feathers and the smell of palo santo.
The shamanic healer had been practicing for many years and spent a lot of time in south America. Through this experience I became a passionate believer that crystals are magic. I began to use them in my meditation practice and placed them in different places in our house. I felt more and more drawn to the studies of crystals.
Fast forward to 2022 when I finished my first certification as a Certified Crystal Healer. From now on there is no return in sight. For mid year 2023 I enrolled into a Pellowah course because I believe they are complimentary. So now I am offering Crystal and Pellowah healing at my home- based healing and wellbeing studio.

Chakra Balancing is a form of energy healing that focuses on channelling energy into the seven main chakras. Each chakra is associated with aspects of your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Pellowah is a system for channeling healing energy and expanding consciousness.

With the crystals I could address specific issues, either by clearing negative energy from the systems (like pain, stress or sadness)and/ or by providing the supportive energy a client needs (like calmness, enhanced focus or vitality)
I could help to bring overall balance to the system, deepen a client’s sense of profound relaxation, by providing the nurturing energy to help to move forward, heal and transform.
I am able to release energetic blockages and promote the good flow of energy, to harness optimum health in any relative condition.
Another important aspect: Chakras are our energy centres. They are the openings of life energy to flow into and out of our aura.
As a Crystal healer practitioner, I will be able to support you in managing stress and various conditions that contribute to an unhealthy and toxic lifestyle.

Here blocks can be released and you may find answers to your life’s questions. During Crystal and Energy Healing sessions you remain fully aware as you create profound and positive life changes for yourself in just one session. This journey is ideal for the spiritual aspirant or seeker of the truth, those needing to find peace and harmony in their life and to reconnect with themselves.

Pellowah Sessions

In this session there is a great opportunity to create a restorative healing program. Reiki and Pellowah, both offering amazing healing powers, and not just for emotional, psychological conditions, but also for physical one.
With the restorative healing program Pellowah, Although an angelic word, Pellowah energy does not originate from the angelic realms. It is pure source energy - a direct transmission from the Light.
Unlike other forms of energy healing, Pellowah does not work through the Practitioner. It connects directly to the person receiving the healing, and the Practitioner acts only as a conduit. Deep profound healing is an inclusive journey of the specially created restorative healing program.

Peter Hess® Sound Massage

The Peter Hess® Sound massage is a holistic relaxation method.
The harmonic sounds calm the mind, the smooth sound vibrations gently stimulate the body – immediately providing for pleasant relaxation. Thoughts come to rest, tensions are relieved gently.
Frequently received sound massages can also ideally complement traditional medical treatments as an invitation for relaxation for many stress-related symptoms.

Claudia is a highly experienced practitioner who will work with you to achieve your desired goals.
The Body Reading / Postural Assessment is designed to offer relief from conditions including back pain, neck pain, sports injuries, incontinence, prolapse, pelvic girdle pain, abdominal separation, pre and post-operative prostate and gynecological surgery surgery, to name only a few.
After a thorough body reading/ Initial assessment experienced Claudia will discuss with you the exercises and postural balancing programs and give you a detailed explanation of your posture, alignment as well as any underlying cause of your problem.
