Vision Boarding- From the Hands, From the Heart
When I first started vision boarding around 2020–2021, I was obsessed with doing it “right,” using everything I’d learned in business coaching. Guidance is valuable, but over time I realised something important: the true power of a vision board comes from intention, intuition, and emotion, not perfection.
One common pitfall is believing a vision board must look polished or digital to work. I see it differently. Creating by hand allows us to embody our goals. Touching, cutting, arranging, and crafting connects us deeply to what we’re calling in.
Start by choosing images that truly mean something to you—magazine cut-outs, personal photos, quotes, or nature-inspired visuals. You can add symbolic items like coins for finances, feathers or crystals for manifestation, or travel photos linked to future destinations. Inspiration can come from Pinterest, astrology charts, or intuitive prompts throughout the year.
Place your vision board somewhere visible and connect with it daily. These moments of awareness can quietly shape powerful subconscious shifts. Remember, your board is allowed to evolve. Life changes—new dreams, puppies, babies, or opportunities—so update it as needed.
Add monthly or quarterly intentions to stay engaged and accountable. Then take aligned action. A vision board guides you, but you bring it to life.
Take a photo of it. Looking back shows how far you’ve come—and how deeply you can trust yourself.
Happy vision boarding ✨
