SUMMER. It is the big energy extroverted time of the year.

On these summery days leading up to the festive season it’s so much more pleasant to walk barefoot under the big moon a there is just so much magic energy to pull in.

Summer energy is perfect for progression and prosperity in general, for expansion of all kinds and of course health and vitality. Friday 5th of December 2025 Full moon in Gemini.

Our final SOMA VITA for year 2025 (Part 4) takes place on the 6th of December, a magical time to celebrate Nikolaus (it’s a German thing. It’s a figure who brings children’s presents on the 6th of December)

SOMA VITA 4: We will be working with the spiral energy.

The Movement Experience will give you an insight into the movement concepts that include waves, spiralling and contemporary Pilates Practices that you will leave you rejuvenated and invigorated. This Movement Session will enhance body awareness and integration. We will create a sense of playful focus and allow the body move organically to allow the deepening of the skills and the contemporary approach of Pilates merging with the spiralling movements for spinal health, nurturing fascia and the energy centres of the spine.

Spiritual Crafting workshop will include the crystal kit of one master crystal and three abundance stone. The layout of our Abundance grid will be the Abundance spiral. Expanded Consciousness and mental clarity will be enhanced by creating the magical grid under the influence to the Full Moon in Gemini which will leave us filled with joy and gratitude.

Take home crystal kit can be purchased at a cost of $60.
